OGDEN - Dianne Cordova Wothuis, our loving mother, sister, daughter and very dear friend, was prematurely taken from us on Saturday, December 31, 1994, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born August 14, 1951 in Ogden, a daughter of Pilar Phil and Delia Adela Lobato Cordova. She was raised and educated in Ogden where she had lived all of her life. Dianne’s spontaneous, boundless energy and vivacious spirit for life was contagious to everyone. She had the capacity of lighting up a room with her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. She and her son Marshall shared sports, love, confidence and friendship that would be envied by most. She was an avid golfer, skier and tennis player. She had been a secretary at Morton International. Feeling her great loss are her son, R. Marshall Wolthuis, Ogden; her father, P. Phil Cordova and wife Deanna, Roy; four brothers and four sisters, Daniel E. and Dixie Cordova, South Ogden; John R. and Charlotte Cordova, Roy; Dave J. Cordova and Tom and Shelly Cordova, all of Salt Lake City; Jessica Neal, Ogden; Chuck and Judy White, Tacoma, Wash; David J. and Denise Chattin, Roy; Tim and Leisha Greely, Ogden; 11 nieces and nephews who will miss her love and companionship, and her special friend, Ron Parks. She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Jerry. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday Noon to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
