West Haven - David Jay Hartmann, 52, died at his home from natural causes Friday, May 7, 2004. He was born August 4, 1951, in Ogden, Utah, a son of Darwin E. Hartmann and Natalie L. Cox. David married Christine Wheeler and together they had three sons; David, Craig and Jeffrey Carson, all of Arizona.They divorced and later David married Charlene Combe. They were later divorced. David was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints White Rail Ward in West Haven. He was the owner and operator of Western One Stucco. David took pride in everything he did and owned. He always wanted the best for himself and his family and would try to help out in anyway possible. He was a friend to everyone he would meet and will be remembered as a very giving person. His love for his family was surpassed by nothing on this earth. David is survived by his sons as well as his sister, Claire (Richard M.) Nye; brothers, Douglas R. (Sonya) Hartmann, Gordon L (Debbra) Hartmann; sister-in-law, Linda (Michael D., deceased) Hartmann; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 15th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Family will greet friends at the mortuary Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch. 1718 Combe Road.
