 Therese “Terri” Ann Chrisman Holden
October 10, 1950 - May 14, 2013

“Terri” Ann Chrisman Holden, 62, passed away on May 14, 2013 surrounded by loved ones. Terri was born on October 10, 1950 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to John W. “Bill” and Lucille Ann Ellis Chrisman. She grew up in Green River, Wyoming and Ogden, Utah. She graduated from Bonneville High School. She married the love of her life, Terry Lee Holden on August, 26 1967 in Ogden, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple on September 27, 1986. She worked in retail sales most of her life working at Auerbach’s, ZCMI in Ogden and Logan and Hobby Lobby in Logan. She also, with her husband, owned the little Triple “T” General Store in Honeyville, Utah. Terri was a member of the City Creek Ward in Richmond, Utah. She has served in many positions including Young Women’s, Relief Society and Primary. She loved to bake, do crafts, and shop! She loved to make cakes for any occasion especially grandchildren’s birthdays. She recently learned to sew and spent many hours making items and sharing them with everyone. Family was the main part of her life. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her husband, kids and grandchildren. The cabin in the Uintahs holds so many memories of times with her parents and family. Quiet times resting and reading in the cabin, going fishing, and on drives in the mountains were particularly enjoyable. She always treasured trips to Disneyland with the family and never passed up a fast or furious ride. She was an immaculate homemaker and always had a clean, warm, inviting home for any visitors. She found joy in serving and always striving to serve others. Terri is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Terry; three children, Kirk (Marci) Holden, Beaver Dam; Kim (Gary) Steed, Farr West; and Kyle (Sonya) Holden, Tremonton; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Bill (Barb) Chrisman, Joe (Tracie) Chrisman, and Pat (Susan) Chrisman, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one special nephew, Christopher, who was very dear to her. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the City Creek Ward LDS Chapel, 150 South 100 East, Richmond, Utah. Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., Ogden. Interment, Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, Idaho.
